Appetizer is a free, open-source application launcher (dock) for Windows. It allows users to organize shortcuts and folders into a customizable, resizable dock that can be displayed horizontally or vertically. The app supports plugins, multiple skins, custom icons, drag-and-drop organization, multi-launch functionality, hotkeys, and multiple languages. It can automatically detect shortcuts from the PortableApps.com folder structure and includes a wizard to import shortcuts from various locations. Special items provide extra functionalities like hiding/showing the desktop, Recycle Bin, and Control Panel.
