Akon Labs

The self-hosted knowledge graph for enterprises.

Visit Akon Labs

GitNexus is a self-hosted knowledge graph engine that indexes a codebase into a graph of dependencies, call chains, clusters, and execution flows, giving AI coding agents structural context instead of file-level search results. It runs locally so code stays within the user's network, with the graph stored in a `.gitnexus/` folder beside the repository.

Indexing uses Tree-sitter parsing to resolve imports, call chains, field types, and return types deterministically. Leiden community detection groups symbols into functional clusters, and blast-radius analysis traces downstream callers by depth from a git diff. Multi-repo mode builds a unified graph with cross-repo edges. The engine exposes MCP tools including query, context, impact, detect_changes, rename, and cypher, and works with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, OpenCode, and Antigravity. It supports 13 languages via Tree-sitter, hybrid search combining BM25, semantic, and RRF, and a browser web UI.

GitNexus is available as a free open-source edition for individual developers, a private-beta Nexus Agent with a CLI workflow, a seat-based managed SaaS Enterprise plan with PR review and auto-reindexing, and a self-hosted Enterprise edition with SSO, air-gapped deployment, and custom pricing.
