Graphify
The code knowledge graph for AI coding assistants.
Graphify is a knowledge-graph tool for codebases that AI coding assistants query instead of grepping. The open-source engine parses code on-device with tree-sitter and builds a typed, queryable graph, while the hosted product keeps the same graph current in the cloud. Answers come back as traversable paths with file:line citations.
The graph supports query, path, and explain commands over MCP, CLI, or the /graphify skill, working with assistants including Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Codex, Gemini CLI, and Aider. It connects to GitHub and GitLab, links Jira issues to code, and exports to Neo4j, FalkorDB, Obsidian, and other formats. Features include cross-repo graphs, PR review, and formal verification at the merge gate.
It is aimed at developers and enterprise teams. The open-source engine is free under Apache 2.0 with no account required. The hosted product offers a Free plan with no card, Pro and Teams plans by seat, and an Enterprise tier for self-hosting.
