WeeWX
Open source software for your weather station
WeeWX is a free, open source Python program that connects to a weather station and turns its readings into graphs, reports, and HTML pages. It can also publish data to weather sites or a web server, and it is designed to be simple to understand, robust, and easy to extend. It runs on most versions of Linux, *BSD, macOS, and Solaris, and is commonly deployed on the Raspberry Pi; there are no plans to support Microsoft Windows.
The software supports many popular weather stations and can upload to services including WeatherUnderground, PWSweather.com, CWOP, WOW, and AWEKAS, as well as to a website via FTP or rsync. It includes an extensive celestial almanac, third-party skins, drivers, and other gadgets, a templating system for customizing the look of a weather site, localization, and native US or Metric unit systems. Data can be stored in SQLite or MySQL, with Postgres available as an extension. It runs under Python 3.7+, supports calibration corrections and filtering of anomalous values, and uses a modular micro-kernel architecture that allows new services and reports to be added. Package installs are available for Debian (Ubuntu), Red Hat (CentOS), and SUSE users.
