Core capabilities include SMS messaging, WhatsApp campaigns, Email to SMS, Keywords, Long Codes, an SMS API, and real-time reporting with visual analytics. Wallet-based top-ups support auto and recurring funding, and a cost calculator estimates monthly spend. The platform is free to use with no subscription or platform fees; charges apply only to messages sent and virtual long numbers purchased, on a pay-as-you-go basis. SMS pricing is volume-based, with bespoke plans available for larger volumes. A small wallet credit is added after business details are provided, allowing a trial of the platform before purchase.
