UML Designer is a graphical tooling to edit and visualize UML models. It is based on Sirius, an Eclipse project for creating graphical modeling workbenches. It uses the standard UML2 metamodel and is customizable and extensible. The project is no longer maintained; development efforts are now focused on Eclipse Papyrus.
