UmfrageOnline is a browser-based survey tool for building questionnaires, distributing them and reviewing responses as they arrive. It supports anonymous surveys, with identifying data such as IP addresses and email addresses removed, and stores data in data centers within the European Union in line with GDPR and nDSG requirements.

Surveys are assembled with a drag-and-drop editor offering multiple question types and layouts, with no limit on the number of questions. Distribution options include public links, email invitations, QR codes, social media and embedding on a website; surveys adapt automatically to desktop, tablet and smartphone screens. Multilingual surveys, white-label options, team collaboration and a Developer API are available. Responses appear in real time in the dashboard, where they can be reviewed individually or as aggregated charts and data tables, filtered, and exported to Excel, CSV or PDF.

UmfrageOnline is aimed at companies, organizations and educational institutions collecting customer feedback, employee input or team responses without programming knowledge. A free Basic plan includes unlimited questions and answers, with surveys remaining active for up to 30 days after the first response. Paid plans add filter logic, custom branding, white-label hosting and data export.
