Tuli coordinates blood testing and related clinical services through a network of pharmacy partners across the UK. Healthcare providers register patients through a portal, and patients receive a booking link to choose a test time and location. Tuli manages kit dispatch, sample return and lab results, reducing the administrative work involved in arranging tests.
Three service tiers are offered: One network covers phlebotomy only, with the provider supplying kits and lab arrangements; One solution provides an end-to-end service including kit dispatch, prepaid sample return to Tuli's partner lab and results reporting; and Enterprise supports tailored setups such as custom kits, partner lab use, sample logistics and digital integration. Access to the Tuli API and web UI is available, and sample return is by postal or courier depending on the tier. Tuli also offers phlebotomy training for pharmacies, which it supports in providing diagnostic tests and health checks such as nutritional profiles and hormone levels.
The service is aimed at healthcare providers arranging testing for their patients, and at pharmacies seeking to offer clinical services locally. Partner labs hold UKAS accreditations, and Tuli is CQC registered.
