Visit think-cell

think-cell is a PowerPoint add-in for creating business presentations, charts and slide layouts. It combines generative AI for slide creation, editing, translation and Excel data analysis with deterministic algorithms for charting and layout tasks, aiming to keep outputs traceable and verifiable by a human expert. The company was founded in Germany in 2002 and reports more than 1.3 million users across over 180 countries.

The add-in includes layout and automation tools such as agendas, style files, smart text boxes, tables, process flows, Harvey balls and checkboxes, plus alignment, scaling and object-swap utilities. It offers more than 40 chart types including waterfall, Gantt, Mekko, column, line, pie, scatter and combination charts, with Excel integration for data-linking and automatic updates. A presentation library provides 450+ slide templates and elements, with connections to image databases such as Freepik, Pexels and Unsplash, and optional integrations with Brandfolder, Canto and Getty Images. AI features cover slide building and precision editing via AI chat, AI-powered Excel data analysis and chart creation, generative summaries and text optimization, and translation across 70+ languages. Deployment supports individual installation or company-wide rollout through Intune, JAMF, SCCM or Group Policies.

think-cell is offered in Essentials, Suite, AI Suite and AI Suite Plus editions, priced per user per month with annual billing. Essentials covers templates and layout tools; Suite adds advanced charting and Excel integration; AI Suite adds the AI features; AI Suite Plus provides higher token allowances for complex AI tasks. A free trial is available for Suite and AI Suite, and separate programs exist for students, professors and staff, and startups.
