Sytex

Sytex is a field service management platform for infrastructure operations, covering planning, field execution and automation in one system. It addresses the coordination of work across crews and sites: teams model how work should flow with a visual, no-code workflow builder defining stages, roles, required evidence and rules, then run it in the field with verified check-in and check-out, and capture photos, readings and signatures online or offline, syncing when signal returns.

Core capabilities include workflows, Gantt, approvals, automatic triggers, work orders, checklists, ticketing, materials tracking, and versioned forms with conditional logic and validation. Sytex agents act on triggers to assign, notify, advance and sync across platforms, with integration via REST API, webhooks, scripting and CLI. Quality AI checks completeness and consistency at capture time, a tracking board follows each activity from site to invoice, and Alfred, the AI assistant, answers natural-language questions over the same field data. It runs on the web and on iOS and Android.
