SymfonyInsight is a code analysis service for PHP and Symfony projects that checks code for security vulnerabilities, legal and compliance risks, potential data leak sources, reliability issues, technical debt, and other quality problems. Each time code is pushed, a new analysis runs in a dedicated container, and the team receives a quality score along with a detailed report before deployment.
The analysis combines static checks with a dynamic engine that boots the application and inspects its container. Integrations are available for GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket, with a PHAR tool for triggering analyses elsewhere. Results can be delivered by email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or a custom webhook, and reports can be printed for sharing.
Plans are priced per project with unlimited analyses and integrations. The Individual plan targets freelancers and hobbyists; Team adds unlimited collaborators, notifications, and printable reports; Enterprise includes onboarding, expert-commented monthly reports, and dedicated support. Collaborators can read reports, run analyses, and comment on violations but cannot change project configuration.
