SwiftLynx is an AI resume screening tool that ranks applicants against a job description and attaches reasoning to each result, helping hiring teams work from a shortlist instead of a pile of resumes. It can pull candidates from an ATS or accept direct uploads of PDF, Word, and TXT files, and it produces shareable reports with strengths, concerns, and score context for recruiter-to-manager handoff. The tool ranks and explains rather than making interview decisions.
