Struct is an AI production engineer that monitors changes deployed to production, triages alerts, and opens pull requests to resolve issues. It reads each pull request's intent to create and instrument monitors, baselines alert thresholds when deploys land, and escalates only genuine issues with cited root causes and suggested fixes. When confident, it automatically opens a PR to fix the problem and can connect to your own coding agent or software factory.
Core capabilities include an auto issue tracker that tracks every issue affecting production from open to resolution, on-call intelligence built from past issues and investigations, and configurable alert sensitivity with continuously tuned thresholds. Data is logically isolated and not used for training, with SOC2 and HIPAA compliance noted.
Struct is offered as a free plan with monthly credits and pay-as-you-go, a Pro edition with PR scans, investigations, active monitors, and up to 10 users, and an Enterprise edition with custom integrations, RBAC, SSO/SAML, unlimited users, and volume discounts.
