Stikkum is a mortgage industry platform that monitors borrower behavior, including credit pulls, rate searches, competitor site visits, and life events such as divorce filings, job changes, and property listings. It delivers alerts to lending teams so they can reach out to customers who may be shopping for a new loan, helping lenders retain clients and prevent early payoff or loan loss.
The platform includes customer behavior monitoring, automatic lead response management with conditional rules, and marketing management for emails, SMS, and multi-channel campaigns. It connects to CRM and LOS/POS systems through API, Webhooks, Zapier, and SFTP, with named integrations including Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Encompass, LendingPad, and Velocify. Alerts include borrower attributes such as FICO, DTI, loan balance, and loan type.
Stikkum serves mortgage brokers, bankers, loan officers, servicers, CUSOs, banks, and credit unions.
