The platform includes Rx order entry with built-in validations, an all-in-one dashboard with collaborative team notes, reporting tools, and flagged orders. Lab Pay is a billing portal for paying invoices, downloading receipts, viewing statements, and setting up autopay, protected with 256-bit encryption. Live Chat connects practices with lab customer service, and conversations are saved for reference. Integrations are available with Crystal Practice Management, DVI, Frames Data, Ocuco, Optivision, and QuickBooks Online, with API docs listed among resources.
