spamgourmet
Free auto-creating email addresses with a spam blocker that expires addresses after a set
spamgourmet is a web-based email forwarding service that creates disposable addresses automatically when they are first used. Messages sent to these addresses are forwarded to a protected address, and each disposable address expires after a set number of messages, helping users limit exposure to spam without giving out their primary email address.
Users create an account, confirm a protected address, and then hand out addresses in the form someword.x.user@spamgourmet.com, where the optional number sets how many messages are accepted, up to 20, with a default of 3. The service offers no-brainer mode for basic protection with little maintenance and advanced mode for more control with some maintenance. It runs entirely in the browser with no software to install. The service is free to use, with a donate option available.
