SimpleCert is a certificate management platform for creating certificate and email templates, uploading recipient data, and sending personalized certificates to recipients via download links. It stores issued certificates in the platform and tracks email delivery and certificate access, with the ability to resend individual certificates.
The platform includes a certificate builder, template designs, an API for data import, and integrations with Zapier, Gravity Forms, Wufoo, SurveyMonkey, MailChimp, Google Forms, Google Sheets, Keap, JotForm, and Rise. Features vary by plan and include social sharing, custom SMTP settings, a recipient portal with LinkedIn profile linking, custom fonts, QR code authenticity, two-sided certificates, SSO, and support for up to five logins.
SimpleCert is offered as a free plan with introductory credits, monthly subscription editions with varying credit allowances, or standalone credit purchases that do not expire. Additional templates can be purchased separately, and monthly plan customers can supplement with extra credits as needed.
