Sidekick

Sidekick is an AI agent for frontline operations that works over text messages. Workers describe a problem from any phone, and the agent handles it, keeping a record of every fix so institutional knowledge stays with the company rather than leaving when experienced staff depart. It requires no app or login for workers.

Sidekick runs across iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, and KakaoTalk, and supports photos, videos, and voice memos in any language. It flags equipment drift, answers questions from company documents, opens and routes work orders, escalates to managers, and builds a searchable history of fixes with source citations. It can generate safety procedures, employee handbooks, FAQs, and training modules from captured knowledge, track training records and inventory, and handle purchase orders. Knowledge is shared across multiple sites. Managers use a web dashboard.
