Visit RscMe

RscMe is an iPhone and Apple Watch app that watches your heart rate and, when it crosses limits you set (high or low), automatically sends an SMS to up to 5 emergency contacts. The text includes your name, current heart rate, and a GPS link to your location, and is delivered as a real SMS to any phone — contacts don't need to install an app. Monitoring runs in the background on the Apple Watch, including in Battery Saver mode. The app is free to download; sending alerts consumes credits purchased in-app, and credits never expire. The developer states that heart rate data and location are not stored on their servers.
