Essential automation for Mindbody studios
Rota.fit is a suite of tools for fitness studio owners using Mindbody, covering reporting, fee automation, waitlist management, scheduling and app connectivity. It addresses the operational work of running a studio, from monitoring performance and processing late-cancel fees to keeping classes and waitlists organised and connecting Mindbody to other business systems.
The suite includes Insights for visualising studio performance and comparing it with industry averages, Auto Fees for automatically charging late-cancel and no-show fees with configurable rates by class type or time of day, and Class Refiner for managing waitlists and class capacity. Scheduling supports repeating class schedules, filtering and bulk actions, while Connect links Mindbody to Zapier and other apps, including Xero and Quickbooks. A demo is available for Scheduling.
Rota.fit is aimed at Mindbody studio owners and operators. It is packaged as a Suite subscription per studio, which includes Auto Fees, Insights, Class Refiner and Scheduling, with Connect available as a separate package or as an add-on to other packages. Scheduling can also be purchased on its own.
