RoboForm
Leading the way in password management technology, security, and innovation
RoboForm is a password manager that generates and stores credentials, logs into websites and fills online forms with one click, and monitors for compromised passwords. It uses a zero-knowledge architecture with AES-256 encryption, where data is decrypted on the user's device using a Master Password.
Core features include a password generator, integrated TOTP authenticator, passwordless unlock via passkey, advanced two-factor authentication (passkeys, trusted devices, hardware security keys, email, SMS, authenticator apps), secure sharing of items and folders, Emergency Access, data breach monitoring for up to five email addresses, and a Security Center for auditing weak or reused passwords. It runs on Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and as browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Opera, with web access and local-only mode available on paid plans. Business plans add an admin center, SSO integration, SCIM provisioning, role-based access control, dark web monitoring, and activity logs.
RoboForm is packaged for individuals, families, and businesses. A free plan covers unlimited passwords on a single device. Premium extends access to all devices, while Family provides up to five Premium accounts under one subscription. Paid personal plans are billed annually and include a 30-day money-back guarantee; business plans are offered as a single tier with all features.
