Right Inbox is a browser extension for Gmail that adds productivity features to the email interface. It is designed to reduce time spent in the inbox through scheduling, reminders, templates, and automation, while also supporting outreach workflows such as tracking, mail merge, and sequences. It installs as an extension for Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, and requires Gmail permissions for sending, viewing, and managing email.

Right Inbox is aimed at individual Gmail users and teams. A free limited plan covers a small monthly allowance of tracked emails, reminders, private notes, templates, and scheduled emails. Paid Personal and Professional editions provide unlimited access to these features, while a Team edition supports unlimited team members with per-user pricing.
