ReviewBuzz is a reputation and relationship management suite for service businesses, covering review generation and management, business listings, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction surveys. It centralizes review requests and responses, tracks reputation KPIs, and connects with dispatch and accounting tools to automate review requests.
Core modules include one-click review requests via text, review sorting and filtering with alerts, auto-detection that routes customers to preferred review sites, custom-branded location listings, and employee profiles.
