It covers the full client lifecycle, from an initial idea or consultation through booking, check-in, session recording, checkout, aftercare, and rebooking. The platform runs on the web and tablets, with a Kiosk option for walk-in check-in.
Core capabilities include Ideas and consultations, a booking calendar with rules and deposits, pre-care and reminders, digital release forms, a body art point of sale with jewelry pricing, inventory tracking for inks and jewelry with lot and expiration records, Care Journeys for aftercare and follow-up prompts, feedback and reviews, analytics and reports, commissions and payroll, and multi-location support within a single Cloud. Payments run through Stripe or Fiserv, and integrations include Zapier and signed webhooks.
REV23 is built for solo artists through multi-location studios. Plans are priced by total artist count across all locations, with owners, managers, and front desk staff not counted unless they also work on clients.
