Product Forge is a product management platform that turns customer conversations into product direction and build-ready artifacts. Meeting IQ joins virtual meetings, captures dialogue, and converts it into follow-ups, emails, user stories, research, and documentation. Smith Co-Pilot, an AI assistant, helps teams research markets, create personas, and write stories from those insights.
The platform includes Meeting IQ, Smith Co-Pilot, and a coming-soon Product Intelligence Agent that analyzes user behavior, forecasts market trends, maps user journeys, and scores feature ideas. Integrations cover Linear, Jira, Azure, Zapier, and calendar systems, with data synchronization and workflow automation. A Chrome extension and voice mode are also available.

The Teams plan is priced per user per month with annual or monthly billing and includes unlimited AI generations, custom templates, and project management integrations.
