PixelRuler
The screen ruler for web designers and graphic designers
PixelRuler is a screen ruler for pixel‑accurate measuring of horizontal and vertical distances on the entire screen. The free version shows only one horizontal ruler, cannot be run multiple times, and shows an info window on each start. A one‑week trial period unlocks the full feature set (multiple rulers, distance/angle measurement, golden ratio). The commercial version adds two connected rulers (horizontal + vertical) and allows multiple independent rulers on the monitor. It runs on Windows 7, 8.x, 10, 11.
