PingTurk is a cloud-based web monitoring (MAAS - Monitoring as a Service) platform founded in 2015. It monitors website and API availability from multiple locations within Turkey (including different cities and mobile operator networks) and from international points. It checks response time, keyword presence, HTTP codes, and other success criteria 24/7, and alerts users via IVR, SMS, email, webhook, Slack, and MS Teams when a problem occurs. It also offers DNS monitoring, domain monitoring, ping, traceroute, RBL blacklist monitoring, SSH, email roundtrip, WHOIS content change, and full page load monitoring. The platform is designed for Turkish companies, with a Turkish interface and support, and its monitoring points are located in Turkey (Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara, Bursa, Antalya, Gaziantep) and on Turkish mobile operator networks (Turk Telekom, Turkcell, Vodafone). It also provides a customer-specific monitoring point feature and CloudInsight for public cloud provider region monitoring.
