pdf995

Pdf995 is a suite of Windows desktop products for creating, editing, and securing PDF files. Pdf995 works as a printer driver, so documents can be converted to PDF by selecting the print command in any application, and it supports network file saving, shared printing, custom page sizes, and large format printing. PdfEdit995 adds editing capabilities such as combining documents, inserting hierarchical bookmarks and links, and converting PDFs to HTML, Word DOC, text, and image formats. Signature995 provides digital signatures and encryption, including Triple DES and standard PDF encryption with restrictions on printing, modifying, and copying.

The suite also supports PDF/A and PDF/X, batch printing from Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word toolbar integration with automatic table of contents generation, stationery and stamping, sticky note annotations, page appending and reordering, PDF splitting, email attachment after creation, automatic text summarization, and a simple programmers interface. It runs on Windows 32-bit and 64-bit systems, including Windows 11 through older versions, Windows Server, and Citrix/Terminal Server.

All three products are available as free downloads that do not expire; the free versions display a sponsor page in the browser each time the software runs. Paid keys are available individually or as a suite key covering all three products, and purchasing includes email support from software engineers. Group user keys are offered for organizations with 25 or more users.
