Pangea is an AI notetaker built around projects rather than individual meetings. It records meetings without a bot joining the call, reads connected project email and files, and maintains a live file for each project, filing minutes, tasks, deadlines, and decisions to the job they belong to. It targets land developers, engineers, and architects.

Capture options include a silent desktop app, phone recording for in-person meetings, an optional notetaker bot for Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams, and uploaded audio or video files. Connected folders from Drive, OneDrive, Egnyte, and Box map projects, while calendar connections from Google or Outlook trigger recording. Pangea generates structured minutes, a live project dashboard with open action items, a schedule that updates as deadlines change, and cited answers drawn from meetings and email. Suggested task updates can be approved into PM software, with a signed webhook and full API available for custom connections.

Pangea is packaged as a flat firm-wide price with no per-seat billing, alongside a free trial requiring no card. The product is currently paused and not accepting new signups; existing customers have received a full export of their notes.
