The platform includes a CRM with rich customer profiles, price and revenue management, text and email messaging, digital signatures, and lease templates. A marketing website module offers hosting, SSL, online reservations, white-label branding, and SEO/PPC management. Additional modules cover team chat and employee management, double-entry accounting with accrual and cash-basis reporting, and enterprise security features including two-factor authentication, encrypted PII, custom roles, and permissions.

Plans are month-to-month, with pricing based on payment processing rates; larger facilities with 100+ locations receive custom packages based on payment volume and transaction size.
