Nozbe is a task and project management application for individuals and teams, organizing work into projects, tasks and comments. It is designed to keep assignments, deadlines and related discussion in one place, supporting both professional and personal workspaces. The product is available through native apps and a browser interface, with offline support on mobile devices.

Core capabilities include tasks with deadlines, reminders and time tracking; projects for managing commitments; task comments for discussion and file sharing; and views such as Incoming, Activity and Calendar. Additional features include project templates, email-to-task conversion, shared projects with external organizations, multiple workspaces, and Nozbe AI, which can generate projects from a description or CSV import. Integrations are available with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, OneDrive, Dropbox and Evernote, and are included across all plans.

Nozbe is aimed at individuals, small teams and businesses that want to coordinate work asynchronously and reduce reliance on email and meetings. It offers a free plan, a trial, and Premium and Business editions, with multiple workspaces available on the Business plan. Native apps are provided for Mac, Windows, Android, iPad and iPhone, and the product is developed by Nozbe sp. z o.o., a remote company based in Gdynia, Poland.
