Internet Relay Chat client for Windows

Visit mIRC

mIRC is a full-featured Internet Relay Chat client for Windows that lets individuals and organizations communicate, share, play, and work with others on IRC networks worldwide. It supports multi-user group conferences as well as one-to-one private discussions, and includes a scripting language for automating the client and building applications that handle tasks ranging from network communications to games.

The client provides multi-server connections, IPv6, SSL encryption, websockets, proxies, UPnP, SASL authentication, notify/buddy lists, file transfers, DCC/CTCP, IRCv3 extensions, UTF-8 support, spoken messages, tray notifications, customizable sounds, colored nicknames, flood protection, message logging, and Windows dark mode. Its interface is highly configurable, and the scripting language can be used both to automate mIRC and to create applications.

mIRC is packaged as a Windows download, with separate pages for downloading and registering the software.
