MailWizz

MailWizz is self-hosted email marketing software installed on your own server, giving you direct control over subscriber data and sending infrastructure. It supports collecting leads, segmenting lists, sending campaigns, running autoresponder and follow-up sequences, and reviewing statistics and reports.

The platform includes a backend administration area with user and customer groups, permission controls, delivery servers, bounce and feedback loop servers, sending and tracking domains, DKIM signing, and email blacklist management. Campaigns can be built with multiple template builders including GrapesJS and Stripo, and sent through SMTP or providers such as Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, SparkPost, ElasticEmail, and PepiPost. Subscribers can be imported from CSV or an external database, and an API is available. Extensions, themes, language packs, surveys, and built-in articles and pages extend the system.

MailWizz is aimed at individuals, businesses, and agencies that want to run email marketing on their own hosting. It is licensed under a one-time fee with a regular license for personal use and an extended license for business use, which adds SaaS capabilities such as customer accounts, price plans, payment gateways, orders, promo codes, and taxes. Subscribers, lists, and campaigns are unlimited under either license.
