MailStore is an email archiving software suite for small and mid-sized businesses, managed service providers, and home users. It addresses challenges such as email compliance and eDiscovery, data loss, mailbox quotas, and email server load by retaining emails in a central archive where they remain available and retrievable. Archived messages can be searched and recovered with their attachments, and rules can delete emails from mailboxes after archiving to keep server volume low. De-duplication and compression reduce storage requirements, and PST files can be stored centrally.
The product line includes MailStore Server for small and mid-sized businesses, MailStore Cloud as a cloud-native option, MailStore SPE for managed service providers, and the free MailStore Home for private users. Supported sources include Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange Server, Google Workspace, MDaemon, Kerio Connect, IceWarp, IMAP- or POP3-compatible servers, email clients such as Microsoft Outlook and Thunderbird, and PST files. MailStore Server and MailStore SPE offer a 30-day free trial, while MailStore Home is free. MailStore Cloud and MailStore SPE are available on request.
