LinkAce
Self-hosted bookmark archive for long-term storage and organization of links.
LinkAce is a free and open source, self-hosted web application for archiving, organizing, and sharing web links. It addresses the limitations of browser bookmarks by providing structured categorization, search, and long-term preservation of saved URLs, including articles, tools, and other online content.
Core features include tags and lists for categorization, multi-user support with SSO via OAuth or OIDC, continuous link availability monitoring with notifications, and automatic archiving to the Internet Archive. It offers advanced search with filtering and sorting, guest/public access controls per link, tag, and list, a REST API, Zapier integration, RSS feeds, an audit log, a bookmarklet, and notes. Installation is supported via Docker, Kubernetes (with a Helm chart), cloud, or PHP, with databases including SQLite, MySQL/MariaDB, and PostgreSQL.
LinkAce is intended for individuals and teams who self-host their tools and need a long-term bookmark archive. It is free and open source, with a demo available before installation. An official hosting option is in beta with a waitlist, and the project accepts donations through GitHub Sponsors, Open Collective, Patreon, and Liberapay.
