KwesForms is a form backend service for developers who write their own HTML. Point a form's action at a provided endpoint to collect submissions, with frontend and backend validation, spam protection, email sending, and a dashboard for managing data. It is not a drag-and-drop builder; forms are built with your own HTML/CSS plus the platform's tools.
The frontend script adds validation rules, special field types, and components such as multistep forms, repeaters, datepickers, calculated fields, file uploads, and conditional logic. Spam protection uses machine learning filters and reCAPTCHA. Emails support conditional logic, a markdown editor, and custom branding. Submissions can be managed in a dashboard with CSV export, shared with clients, and sent to other apps via Zapier, webhooks, and a JSON API. Stripe integration handles payments. The script is vanilla JavaScript and works with any framework; HIPAA compliance is offered through a signed BAA.
KwesForms is aimed at developers, freelancers, and agencies. It offers a free plan limited to one form with 100 submissions per month, a 14-day trial on all paid plans without a credit card, four paid editions with varying form, submission, storage, and API-call limits, and customizable Enterprise plans.
