Formspark
Form to Email service
Formspark is a form handling service that stores, filters and delivers submissions from HTML forms. Users point their form's action at a Formspark endpoint, keeping their own markup and styles, with no backend code or JavaScript required. Submissions are stored in a dashboard, screened for spam, and can be read in the inbox or exported as CSV or JSON.
Core capabilities include email notifications, an autoresponder, a customizable thank-you page, webhooks and a REST API. Integrations cover Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, Zapier and Make, with analytics showing submissions by day and country. Spam filtering is on by default, with optional Botpoison, hCaptcha, reCAPTCHA, Turnstile, custom spam words and a honeypot. Workspaces support teams with admin, editor and viewer roles.
Formspark is aimed at agencies, freelancers, developers and marketing teams, and works with anything that renders an HTML form. It offers a free plan with a set number of submissions, forms and team members, and a one-time upgrade that raises those limits and adds customer support. Submission bundles do not expire and can be purchased separately per workspace.
