Kundenschreiber is a platform for automated, personalized handwritten letters and cards. It addresses the challenge of reaching decision-makers, customers and leads who may not respond to email or other digital channels, by producing letters that appear individually written and sending them through the mail.
The service uses robots to write each letter with a real pen, envelope and postage it, and dispatch it automatically. Letters can be personalized with dynamic variables such as name, company, product and amount, and each letter carries a QR code for scan tracking. Handwriting can be customized with a selection of handwriting styles, your own letterhead and signature. Formats range from postcards to A4 letters. Recipient data can be supplied via CSV upload, API, or connections to tools including Shopify, Amazon, HubSpot, Zapier and Make. Shipping is available to numerous countries.
