Keela is a donor management platform for nonprofits and charities, launched in 2015 by Networks for Change Inc. It combines contact management, AI-powered donor insights, and native email marketing to help organizations understand supporters and engage them through personalized outreach. As part of Velora, an integrated nonprofit operations suite, Keela joins Raisely for fundraising and Aplos for fund accounting.
Features include donor profiles with gift history, household relationships, soft credits, and custom fields; automated workflows for receipts, thank-yous, and lapsed donor nudges; AI-powered donation forms with preset gift asks and recurring donation prompts; email and text messaging with segmented lists; dashboards and reporting with campaign reports, cohort analysis, and LYBUNT/SYBUNT views; and payment processing through Stripe and PayPal, with syncing to QuickBooks and other third-party nonprofit solutions.
