Assessors get Deeds Automation, which imports recorded documents from the Clerk's office, matches parcels to the CAMA system, and extracts data fields with AI, alongside Taxpayer Portal & Forms, Valuations & Appeals, Prop 19, and Monitor. Clerks get Auto-Indexing, Clerk Forms, Front Desk AI, and a Value Adjustment Board module for Florida. 311 and Citizen Services teams get Board of Equalization Software and Front Desk AI. Deeds Automation integrates with CAMA systems and third-party vendors, and includes batch processing, audit trail and version history, mailing address verification, and advanced reporting.
