Activepieces is a no-code business automation platform that combines AI agents, workflow flows, tables, and a library of 760+ open-source app integrations in one workspace. It addresses the problem of repetitive manual work across business tools, allowing teams to describe a task in plain language and have an agent or flow carry it out across connected apps, with approval gates for sensitive actions.
Key capabilities include a visual workflow builder with branching, loops, retries, waitpoints, subflows, error handling, and inline TypeScript code steps; AI agents and chat for building flows by description; tables and a knowledge base readable by agents; an MCP server for tools like Claude and Cursor; and an HTTP piece for calling REST or GraphQL APIs. Governance features include projects, SSO with Okta or Entra, roles, audit logs streamed to a SIEM, secret manager integration, and analytics. It runs on the vendor's EU cloud (Frankfurt by default), self-hosted via Docker or Kubernetes, or fully air-gapped.
