Inistate is a workflow management platform that gives people, AI, and automations a shared operational workflow. Each record carries a single current state, the activities permitted from that state, the form data required to proceed, and a history of who did what and when. This keeps status, ownership, and evidence on the record rather than scattered across spreadsheets, chat threads, and logs.
The platform generates a ready-to-use interface for each workflow without coding, with customizable layouts and views. It supports AI actors that triage, summarize, and check evidence; automations that route, schedule, and notify; and human actors who approve and complete work. Records store audit fields natively, including actor, timestamp, and changes, with AI actions recording reasoning, sources, confidence, and model. An n8n integration provides state management across executions. Inistate can be deployed in the cloud or on-premise.
