HLnet

Experiments with HTML & CSS

Visit HLnet

HLnet is a personal site by a graphic designer from Finland, presenting experiments in HTML, CSS and SVG. It collects work on grid drawing, CSS gradient effects, typographic tricks and SVG filters, alongside links to the author's other projects.

The site includes Grid Drawing Club experiments, a guide to CSS gradients, and examples such as moire effects, film grain, text fitting, vertical text columns, text spirals, Truchet tiles and @font-face techniques. SVG experiments cover simulated scanned text and random unevenness. Related projects include Glyph Drawing Club, a web-based modular design editor, plus MoebiusXBIN editor, Bannermode, a GDC blog, workshop results and coding course materials in Finnish.
