The platform includes Recurring Giving, Round-Up Programs, Donation Checkout, Text-to-Give, and Corporate Sponsorships, with Matching Programs, Nonprofit Sweepstakes, and Online Raffles listed as coming soon. Supporting modules cover donation forms and fundraising pages, a customizable widget, SMS and MMS messaging, newsletters and auto thank-yous, event ticketing with email and text promotion, a real-time dashboard, custom reports, a donation activity feed, and campaign attribution. Security features include SOC II–aligned practices, encrypted payment processing, granular permissions, and GDPR and CCPA-aligned data standards.
Harness is offered as a single plan with monthly, half-year, and yearly billing options, with no per-message fees for SMS and MMS. A one-time onboarding fee applies, after which accounts receive ongoing strategic reviews, seminars, and office hours.
