GrowthBook is an open-source, warehouse-native platform for experimentation, feature flags, and product analytics. It queries data directly in the customer's existing warehouse rather than copying it, keeping metrics definitions and SQL queries visible and reproducible.
Core capabilities include multivariate, sequential, and bandit experiments with Bayesian or frequentist engines, CUPED, post-stratification, and SRM detection; SQL-defined metrics; feature flag management with auto-rollbacks, ramp schedules, and guardrails; and product analytics with an AI Data Analyst. It offers lightweight SDKs across server, client, mobile, and edge platforms, an MCP server for AI agents, a REST API, and integrations with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, ClickHouse, Trino, and Adobe Experience Platform.
GrowthBook is aimed at engineering, data, product, and growth teams. It is available as a managed cloud service or fully self-hosted on the customer's own infrastructure, with a free starting option and tiered plans for both deployment types.
