Automatically Set Insurance Appointments
Great AEP is an automated scheduling platform for insurance agents that contacts customers and prospects and books appointments on their behalf. It is designed to reduce the administrative work around Medicare and ACA open enrollment, drip follow-up, cross-marketing, and ad-hoc scheduling, while collecting Scope of Appointment forms for Medicare products.
The platform includes pre-built Medicare AEP and ACA Open Enrollment campaigns, custom campaigns, email and SMS invitations, an integrated booking calendar, pre-appointment reminders, and an SOA form with e-signature. It connects with Apple, Google, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Outlook.com calendars for two-way free/busy synchronization, and campaigns can be embedded on a website. Contacts can be added individually or imported via CSV.
Great AEP is aimed at insurance brokers and agents. It is offered with a 14-day free trial and contact-based monthly plans that scale by the number of active contacts in campaigns, with larger contact volumes handled directly.
