GnuCash
Personal and small-business financial-accounting software
GnuCash is personal and small-business financial-accounting software, freely licensed under the GNU GPL. It lets users track bank accounts, stocks, income and expenses through a checkbook-register interface while applying professional accounting principles to keep books balanced and reports accurate.
Its feature highlights include double-entry accounting, stock, bond and mutual-fund accounts, small-business accounting, reports and graphs, QIF/OFX/HBCI import with transaction matching, scheduled transactions, and financial calculations. GnuCash runs on GNU/Linux, BSD, Solaris, macOS and Microsoft Windows, with source code and a Flatpak distribution available.
GnuCash is developed, maintained, documented and translated by volunteers. It is freely licensed software rather than a paid subscription product, and the project provides mailing lists for user support.
