Getro is a network-powered recruiting platform that helps venture capital firms, private equity firms, networks, economic development organizations, and similar communities turn their contacts into hiring, revenue, and deal-flow opportunities. It aggregates jobs, maintains an enriched contact database, and provides reporting on recruiting activity, addressing the challenge of managing scattered spreadsheets and manual outreach.
The platform includes an AI Job Board, Talent Network CRM, Recruiting Reports & Insights, Intelligent Job Posts (Agents) for sourcing and screening, Warm Intro Automations, and a Network API. It also offers enriched people and company data, contact lists, email campaigns, and Zapier integration. Getro joined the Findem team, and packages combine capabilities from both products.
Getro is packaged in tiers: Manage, Connect, Grow, and Enterprise. Manage includes custom branding, reports, job scraping, a built-in talent network, contact lists, and API access. Connect adds live contact sync, warm intro automation, email campaigns, and unlimited allies. Grow adds an enriched people and company database, expert-labelled attributes, and talent mapping. Enterprise offers custom insights, portfolio company access, SSO, audit logs, and implementation support. Intelligent Job Posts are available as an add-on with additional credits.
