GeoSetter is a freeware Windows application for geotagging and editing IPTC metadata in image files. It supports multiple RAW formats, integrates with Google Maps for coordinate display and manual setting, and can synchronize with GPS track logs (NMEA, GPX, etc.). The interface is localizable and currently available in 13 languages.
