Hugin
Panorama photo stitcher
Hugin is a cross-platform panoramic imaging toolchain built on Panorama Tools, designed to assemble overlapping photographs into a complete immersive panorama. It can stitch any series of overlapping pictures and supports additional panoramic imaging tasks beyond basic stitching.
The software integrates libpano13, the PanoTools library, and uses Enblend for seam blending and Enfuse for exposure fusion of bracketed stacks. Automatic control point generation is supported through autopano-sift-C. Hugin is available in numerous language translations and is distributed as stable binaries for multiple platforms, with development versions published from time to time. Tutorials, documentation, a gallery, and community support through a mailing list and bug tracker are provided.
Hugin is intended for users who need to create panoramas from overlapping photographs on desktop platforms. It is open-source software released under a stable versioning scheme, with periodic releases of both Hugin and libpano13. No pricing, trial, or edition details are indicated.
